Embarrassing Stuff That's Happened To Me In School

Tripping and falling on the staircase in front of everyone

Being called up to the board to solve a question in the subject I was weakest at (in front of everyone who seemingly knew the answer)

Saliva flying out of my mouth and landing on the person in front of me when I was talking too fast

Letting out an extremely stinky (and noisy) fart in the middle of a silent classroom

Guys, I've got some good news. I'm in University now! It's been a tough journey to get here, but I'm grateful for all the craziness I've had to experience these past few years because it's made me who I am today. Since I've begun a new journey on the educational front, I decided to give a tribute to my pre-home-school days, (when I actually went to a real school) through this blog post. I would love to know your embarrassing moments (maybe just so I can feel a little better about mine), so please do share! Here's to new beginnings and a future of (hopefully) less embarrassing events.

p.s. I've changed my drawing style a little, do you like it?

That is sweet! You draw well too :) And, umm, embarrassing moments..hmm...many..one being asked to read and not knowing what to read as I was too busy daydreaming while they all read! :)

I can't recall any new embarrassing stories that might have occurred. Just the ones I've already ranted about.

Congrats. Where? What Majors? Email you with more questions?

And I'd give my right hand to be able to draw like you. This new style, might just grow on me like the 'coon tails did.

One of my most embarrassing moments was when a teacher said something nice about me, and I went red (I go red very easily) and I was sitting at the back, so everyone turned around, and everyone kept saying 'Look, she's red!' and each time someone'd say that I went redder and they'd go 'Look, she's redder' and so forth...

:(

haha love the drawings!

I've had my share of super embarrassing moments in school as well. Once I tripped from the stairs and slid across the floor crossing two classroom doors and EVERYONE saw me! :P

Best of luck for college InshAllah! I'm so happy for you! :D

I broke the front of a fireplace in a tutorial. I leaned against it about 10 seconds after tutorial began and it crashed. One of the lecturers jokingly told me I'd have to pay for it.

CONGRAAADULAYYYSHUNS!

Have a blast <3

Nothing embarrassing has ever happened to me in school.
Ever.

Except the saliva thing. And the being called up in front of class to answer a question that almost everyone except me knew the answer to thing. And I've tripped and fallen on every new staircase I ever have used. Like, wherever I go. Unless I christen the staircase at the new place I feel uneasy and out of sorts and when it finally happens I feel relieved because now I can move on.

I like the fourth picture the best! I like how your lines have changed, too, but I am missing the colours, to be honest! I don't remember your pictures ever having white backgrounds before. ^^

Hahahah. I like your light posts. :)
Make one light-headed.

Looks like you changes your drawing software, well, it is pretty neat. The orange and red curls in the second picture from the top caught my eye.

My most embarrassing moment would be one of those when I'm pretending to know all about something and not knowing that the person I'm telling to knows a lot more than me. And, i'm just making myself seem stupid :p

Not funny much, but it's embarrassing when that happens xP

BEST OF LUCK FOR UNIVERSITY :D

Oh don't worry, those have ALL happened to me too (not that I'm very proud of it hahaha). I'm a master at tripping over flat surfaces, btw.

And don't worry, all these make you very real and funny, that's why we all love you!

As always, your drawings rockkkkkk and I wish I could be 1/100000000 as good as you! <3

I don't usually remember my embarrassing moments... considering I put in a lot of effort to forgetting them. Hm.

Oh, okay, so last year, we were doing our oral presentations on issues. This girl was doing... I donno, something about... oh, that show Toddlers and Tiaras, I think? Or maybe beauty pageants in general. Anyhow, she starts off her presentation with a question along the lines of 'who likes little kids?' or 'don't you love your kids?' or something like that. It was supposed to be rhetorical, but for some inexplicable reason, my mouth decided to open up and chime 'I do!' I mean, I don't even speak that much in class, and at that point everyone was silent, and then they all just cracked up laughing and I had made the beginning of that girl's presentation incredibly awkward and I mentally died a couple of times.

... ='_'= Yeah.

All the best for uni. I think you'll own it :)

Your drawings. <3
And congratulations! I hope you have a good time. :)

I've fallen down the stairs uncountable times dude, to the point that I now feel uncomfy in all shoes and I'm especially careful when climbing stairs.
So much embarrassing stuff happened I tried to block out as much as I could. xP I think most of it involved trying to get kids to listen to me when I was a senior - and it never EVER worked. (I admire you so much, like, you can actually handle kids!) I always made a fool of myself.

One of my most embarassing moments in school was while I was stalking a crush of mine and while looking at him and walking, I ended up walking into a pole. Not that anyone saw that but man, I cringe at the memory every time. :P

Congratualtions on making it to university! I am SO happy you are where you wanted to be. :)

I like the new drawing style but the old one was signature Furree piece of art, more fun/kiddish. This seems more refined and grown-up-ey. But your blog, you choose. Either way, good stuff!:*

I am glaaaad you made it to your university now! You gotta update us about the university life and all the shizzz. Best of luck!

LOVE the doodles of embarrassing moments(prolly because they are too relatable).

As for the embarrassing moments, there's this thing that happens to me all the time. Waving at someone and they don't even see you. Like, they are either looking randomly or someone behind me and I start waving or something.... it's pretty awkward.

Anyways, your doodles are alwaaays the best! However, honestly, comparatively, I think I liked the older ones more. But these ones are cutee too :) xx

Oh God, I can so relate to this. And umm, embarrassing moments. Let me guess.
Does screaming out the wrong answer thrice in the same class suffice? *Hides face in shame*

I love the new drawing style; it is so much more refined and awesome! :D

I have a feeling your university notebooks would soon be filled with endless doodles of you going through your day! Best of luck, Furree. You're going to do great. I just know it!

Confession: I posted my previous comment without actually reading the post. Forgive me father for I have sindh!

I absolutely love this post for several reasons.

(a) The doodles. They're amazing. You're like the Picasso or Da Vinci of MS Paint.

(b) There's so much I can relate to this. You know what, my whole life is like a huge embarrassing moment. I've experienced almost everything you've mentioned in your post.

Right now I am a pretty tough time trying to decide which embarrassing moment should I share with you here. There ARE SO MANY.

Okay here we go. I was in grade six. My friend pulled my pants down right in front of the whole school during the morning assembly. I KID YOU NOT. The consolation was that my crush was absent that day, and also I wasn't wearing a fancy underwear that morning.

That's it. Toodeloo!
